  • Issues resulting from unsupported hardware, incorrect device configuration, or end‑user error.
  • Interruptions or degradation of service due to the customer’s internet connection, ISP restrictions, or use of VPN.
  • Failure to cooperate with our technical support team to diagnose or resolve reported issues.

3. Partial Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

A partial refund may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. The subscription has not yet been activated.
  3. A verifiable technical fault on our end prevents delivery of service, and we are unable to remedy the fault within a reasonable timeframe.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  2. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.
